I’ve been working out here for 2 years and even though I’ve been to other gyms, this is the BEST! There’s a spa, a weight room aka red room of pain, a cardio room, and an aerobics studio. We take yoga classes, dance classes, salsa training, spinning etc. 7:30 am – 8:30 am every morning and 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm every evening, there’s an aerobics class that focuses on different parts of the body.
